The PHYC Board of Directors requires
ALL BOATERS
to fill out a Boater Application Worksheet at the beginning of every season.
In addition to a Boater Application Worksheet, we also require an up-to-date hard copy of your insurance paperwork to be on file in our office
BEFORE YOUR BOAT ENTERS THE MARINA.
The Board of Directors for PHYC is pleased to announce the following rental and purchase plans available for 2010.
· Our slip rental plan for this season has been designed to be more competitive and in line with other marina rentals. There is an additional charge for Clubhouse, Pool and Tennis membership as well as recreational dockage.· Purchase plans that provide immediate unit ownership at Prairie include a limited selection of 40, 60, and 80 slips currently available. PHYC is the only boating facility on the western shore of Lake Michigan that provides ownership as an option. Unit values are increasing each year and with owner assessments less than other marina rentals, PHYC is the best financial investment value and location on this side of the lake.
