Board Meeting to Certify Amendment Vote Results PHYC Clubhouse 10:00 AM Saturday, September 11, 2010

There will be a Board meeting in the clubhouse for the primary purpose of certification and recording of the PHYC Owner's Association vote on the amendments to the Declaration and Bylaws. Nick Infusino, our Condominium attorney will be in attendance to answer any questions and certify the amendment vote results. This meeting was previously announced to unit owners in an e-mail on July 14, 2010 and is posted on the member's website. All PHYC unit owners interested in attending this meeting are welcome with the deadline for ballot voting set at 10:30 AM.
