There are a few things to keep in mind:

A) There is a $250.00 returnable deposit required. This will be used in the unlikely event that any cleanup or damage costs are incurred by your event. The deposit is due no later than one week prior to your event.

B) The clubhouse cannot be closed off from the rest of the PHYC community. PHYC Members and their guests have access to the clubhouse at all times.

C) A blank date does not necessarily mean that the clubhouse is available that day, and submitting the form below does not automatically guarantee your clubhouse reservation. There may be another party that has a pending request for that date, or there may be other factors involved. Dates on this calendar are subject to change without prior notification.

D) The Board makes all clubhouse decisions. Your request will be submitted to the Board for notification, and you will be notified immediately when the Board has approved your request.
