There will be a Board meeting in the clubhouse for the primary purpose of certification and recording of the PHYC Owner's Association vote on the amendments to the Declaration and Bylaws.  Nick Infusino, our Condominium attorney will be in attendance to answer any questions and certify the amendment vote results.  This meeting was previously announced to unit owners in an e-mail on July 14, 2010 and is posted on the member's website.
