Clubhouse

Our clubhouse is a gorgeous place to retreat from the elements. This building boasts private bathroom and shower suites, fully functional kitchen, automatic dishwasher, two washer and dryer sets, two propane grills, and cable TV.

Pool

Our 20’x40’ pool is heated to 82˚F. It is open from dawn till dusk, and reaches a maximum depth of 4 ½’.

Grounds

The grounds at PHYC are professionally maintained. Relax on our private beach, take a moment to stop and smell the flowers, or enjoy a stroll through the grass.

Grills

Throughout our facility, you’ll find plenty of propane grills. We keep them stocked with propane so they’re ready to go at a moment’s notice. And there are plenty of picnic tables available!

Tennis Court

Keep up your cardio with a few sets! 

Volleyball Court

Start some friendly competition with your neighbors. It’s a great way to spend an afternoon!

Horseshoe Pit

Because sometimes, a game of horseshoes is the only way to settle the debate.
