PHYC Association Slips for Rent

PHYC requires that an Application and Information Worksheet be completed for Board review and approval prior to rental acceptance. Applications can be obtained here, or from the PHYC Harbormaster. Completed applications are to be submitted to the Harbormaster. A refundable deposit for 10% of the rental price is required to secure preferred slip unit assignment for the season. Slips will be assigned based on the date an approved application is received by PHYC.

Prices include: parking; dock box; water; electricity; cable TV; wireless internet; dockside pump out; private bathroom suites; private beach; gas grills; picnic area; volleyball court; tennis court; horseshoe pit; keyless entry fob/card; 24-hour video surveillance; and secure gated marina property.

PHYC is located just minutes away from service, fuel, maintenance, and storage with marine industry leader Skipper Bud’s.

Use of clubhouse including kitchen, fireplace, TV, and laundry facilities - $1,250

Use of private heated swimming pool - $375

Use of additional dockage outside of your well for craft of less than 14’ - $375
