PHYC requires that an Application and Information Worksheet be completed for Board review and approval prior to sale contract and acceptance. Applications can be obtained from this website or the PHYC Harbormaster and completed applications are to be submitted to the harbormaster.

Prices include: parking; dock box; water; electricity; cable TV; wireless internet; dockside pump out; full use of clubhouse with kitchen, fireplace, TV, and laundry facilities; heated pool; private beach; gas grills; picnic area; volleyball court; tennis court; horseshoe pit; keyless entry fob/card; 24-hour video surveillance; secure, gated marina property.

Use of additional dockage outside of your well for craft of less than 14’ - $375
