PHYC's new B and C docks are state-of-the-art floating docks that incorporate the latest advancements in construction engineering and technology. Equipped with 240v power to meet the needs of modern boating trends, these docks provide durability, aesthetic appeal, and functionality.

​Boaters can acquire PHYC slips through ownership as well as rent slips on a short-term basis. With our 40', 60', and 80' sizes available, our deep, well-dredged channel, and our extra-wide fairway, there's a place for you here.
