Transient Slips
PHYC welcomes transient boaters for short-term or extended stays.
Attention Loopers! PHYC offers a relaxing stop along the Lake Michigan segment of your journey. Enjoy the security of our private, gated facility and its proximity to two major airports (O’Hare International and Milwaukee Mitchell International) in case you need to travel home during your stay.
Transient slips are in limited supply; please book as far in advance as possible.
2026 Transient Slip Rate
​$2.50/Foot Per Night, with a 30' Minimum Charge
Reciprocity and military discounts are available.
Monthly rates are also available for extended stays.
