Slips may be purchased directly from PHYC or from existing owners. Ownership is similar to a condominium model and includes access to all common areas, full PHYC membership, and voting rights in Club governance.

 

For boaters who want flexibility, PHYC also offers a popular Lease-to-Purchase option. This program allows you to rent a slip for two years, with one year of dues credited toward the purchase price if you choose to buy at the end of the term.
