Private Slips for Rent or Sale. 

The following slips are available for rent or purchase from one of our private owners, and is current as of January 2024.

Please contact the Harbor Master Matt directly for additional information. Any outstanding balances will need to be settled before the slip sale can proceed.

If you are renting from a private Owner, you will need to fill out our Boater Information Worksheet, submit proof of insurance, and provide a deposit on gate fobs. PHYC Membership (which gives you access to the Clubhouse, Pool, and all events) is $1,500 per season, and payable directly to the PHYC Office.

Please note, that all application must be approved by the PHYC Board of Directors.
