Private Slips for Rent or Sale 

The following slips are available for rent or purchase from one of our private owners. Information is current as of June 2024.

If you are renting from a private owner, you will need to fill out our Boater Information Worksheet, submit proof of insurance, and provide a deposit on gate fobs. PHYC Membership (which gives you access to the clubhouse, pool, and all events) is $1,500 per season, and payable directly to the PHYC Office.

Please note, that applications must be approved by the PHYC Board of Directors.
